BINOCULAR opened in Kharkiv in January 2021 and moved to Brovary after Russia’s full-scale invasion began. The old Kharkiv address and phone numbers are no longer in use.
How to get here
The center is in a new district in central Brovary with good road links, easy to reach from any part of town.

From Kyiv’s left bank

Appointments and walk-ins
You can come to BINOCULAR without an appointment. Call ahead or leave a request on the website, and we will help you pick a convenient time and the right doctor for the patient’s age and concern.
Every Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00 we see children without an appointment, so an eye check never costs a school day.
Patients are seen by the head of the center, Yaroslava Dobrytsia, an ophthalmologist of the highest category with a PhD in medicine, and by pediatric ophthalmologist Iryna Sydorenko, who also sees adults. More on our Doctors page.
All diagnostics happen right here at 8-B Chornovola St. The center has an RTVue XR Avanti optical coherence tomography scanner with AngioVue for OCT and Angio-OCT, plus the vision therapy devices, so there is no need to travel to Kyiv for tests.
If it is urgent, call +380 97 729 45 05 first and briefly describe what happened.
What to bring
- Reports from previous eye exams and any test results you have.
- The glasses you currently wear, and details of your contact lenses if you use them.
- The names of any eye drops and medicines you take.
- If you are bringing a child, any earlier ophthalmologist reports. Children come with a parent or legal guardian.
OCT usually needs no special preparation. Sometimes the doctor dilates the pupils with drops, which makes reading and driving harder for a while, so if you can, avoid driving straight after your visit.
