About Dr. Dobrytsia
Over 30 years in practice Dr. Dobrytsia has seen more than 20,000 patients, and her research runs to more than 100 publications. BINOCULAR opened in Kharkiv in January 2021. After Russia’s full-scale invasion the center moved to Brovary, and today it sees patients only here, at 8-B Viacheslava Chornovola St in the Krona Park residential complex. Dr. Dobrytsia leads the center and sees patients herself.
All of the center’s equipment is here in Brovary, including an Optovue RTVue XR Avanti scanner with OCT angiography. From the first exam to a detailed look at the retina and optic nerve, everything happens in one place, with no trip to Kyiv.
At BINOCULAR, decisions rest on diagnostic findings and genuine indications, not on a template. The doctor leaves time for your questions, explains what the examination showed and talks you through the options in plain language, without alarming jargon.
When to book a consultation
Book a visit if:
- text looks less sharp up close or far away, and your glasses no longer help as before;
- your eyes tire quickly, burn or feel gritty after screen work;
- you have diabetes, raised eye pressure or glaucoma in the family and need regular checks;
- you want an experienced doctor’s view of an existing diagnosis or treatment.
If you need further tests, you can have them right here at the center: OCT of the retina and optic nerve (from UAH 500) or OCT angiography, eye pressure measurement (tonometry), pachymetry and computerized perimetry. See what a routine check covers on the adult eye exam page.
A sudden drop in vision, a dark curtain, flashes, many new floaters or an eye injury need urgent attention. Call +380 97 729 45 05. The center provides urgent eye care. Outside opening hours or for a serious injury, call an ambulance on 103.
